Associate Finance Manager - Manufacturing/Logistic/eCommerce Industry - CA

Designation: Associate Finance Manager Qualification: CA Qualified Skills: Manufacturing/Logistic/Ecommerce Industry experience, hands of R2R, IND AS & financials, Oracle Experience: 4-5 Years Shift time: General Shift 2nd & 4th sat off. Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical R2R professional (qualified CA) to manage core accounting, general ledger activities, taxation, financial reporting, and month-end closure activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and experience in handling end-to-end Record to Report processes. Key Responsibilities: General Ledger & Accounting: - Manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) activities and ensure accounting accuracy - Handle journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations - Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with accounting standards - Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity Record to Report (R2R): - Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities - Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Support financial reporting and MIS preparation - Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives Taxation & Compliance: - Manage direct and indirect taxation activities - Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, etc. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits - Support tax assessments and compliance documentation Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and R2R processes - Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, direct & indirect taxes) - Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel Preferred Skills: - Qualified CA - Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle - Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, or similar industries (good to have) - Exposure to audit coordination and compliance activities .
