Experience-3 to 6 years Industry-Automotive NP-Immediate Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects from problem definition and data exploration to model development, validation, deployment and monitoring.Design and develop Generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG, enterprise knowledge assistants, semantic search, document intelligence, AI copilots and intelligent agents.Develop LLM pipelines using prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and orchestration techniques.Build predictive and prescriptive models using structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.Apply Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision and Time-Series Forecasting techniques to automotive and manufacturing use cases.Develop scalable data pipelines and reusable AI components using Python, PySpark/Spark and SQL.Industrialize AI solutions using Palantir Foundry or equivalent cloud and enterprise data platforms.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct proof-of-value initiatives and measure business impact.Implement best practices related to MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, model governance and Responsible AI.Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, security, data quality and maintainability.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and AI adoption initiatives.Communicate complex technical concepts and AI outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.58 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering or a related role.Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in PySpark/Spark and SQL.Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM and anomaly detection.Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Transformers, Embeddings, Computer Vision and Time-Series Modelling.Practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and Vector Databases.Experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch and Hugging Face.Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenCV or equivalent AI/ML frameworks.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, feature engineering, data quality and scalable data pipelines.Knowledge of Cloud, Big Data and enterprise data platforms; experience with Palantir Foundry is an advantage.Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD and Git/version control.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, product development or industrial environments.Experience developing AI assistants, enterprise search, document intelligence and agentic workflows.Knowledge of automotive/manufacturing data such as Cost, BOM, Product, Quality and Operations data.Understanding of Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, IP Protection and Responsible AI.Experience defining business KPIs, adoption metrics, cost savings and productivity improvements.Experience working in Agile and international cross-functional environments.Key SkillsPrimary Skills: Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Python, PySpark, SQL, RAG, NLP, Deep Learning, MLOps, Palantir Foundry.
