Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition Employee onboarding & induction Maintaining HR documentation & records Ensuring statutory compliance and HR policies adherence Handling payroll coordination & processing Preparing and managing MIS reports Managing on-roll & off-roll employees Handling HR operations for both corporate office and plant workforce Supporting overall HR operations & employee engagement Requirements: 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience MBA in HR or equivalent qualification Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance Ability to manage workforce across office and manufacturing plant Good communication and organizational skills Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage Must be comfortable working onsite at E-City,Tukkuguda, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana .
