Function: Global Talent Acquisition Talent Intelligence & Capability About the Role PI Industries is building a best-in-class in-house executive search capability to drive Global Executive Leadership Mandates. As part of the Talent Intelligence & Capability team within the Global Talent Acquisition function, the Talent Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in generating data-driven insights that inform senior leadership hiring decisions mapping where talent resides, decoding competitor capability landscapes, and building robust passive talent pipelines for business-critical skills. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious about talent markets, and skilled at translating data into actionable intelligence that shapes executive hiring strategy. Key Responsibilities Support Global Executive Leadership Mandates by generating market and talent intelligence to inform search strategyConduct talent mapping to identify where relevant talent resides by geography, industry, and functionBuild and maintain competitor capability landscapes, tracking organizational structures, talent movement, and skill concentration across peer/competitor companiesActively use talent intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, and similar tools) to generate market reports, benchmarking data, and talent supply-demand analysisBuild and nurture passive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill skills, in partnership with the in-house executive search teamTranslate raw data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for stakeholders, including senior TA and business leadersStay current on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry movements relevant to leadership hiringCollaborate closely with recruiters, TA leadership, and business stakeholders to align intelligence outputs with hiring priorities Candidate Requirements 35 years of relevant experience in talent intelligence, talent mapping, market research, or executive search supportWorking knowledge of talent intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, or similar platforms is essentialStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insightsExperience supporting leadership/executive-level hiring is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in talent intelligence/market research are a plus, though not mandatory Why Join PI Industries Be part of a growing in-house Talent Intelligence function shaping how PI Industries identifies, understands, and engages leadership talent globally.
