Equity Research Analyst (Cap Goods / Utility / Industrial / Power / Defence)

Role & responsibilities Job Description Key Requirements Should have experience in equity research (Buy side/sell side) of about 7-15 Years and more into Indian Markets. Experience handling Small, Mid, Large Cap sectors. Should have passion for investing in equity markets with proactive approach & eye for details having mix of top down and bottoms up approach to investing. Should be Able to do Industry Analysis to understand competitive forces, industry dynamics etc. Should be Able to do company analysis including financial modelling, tracking quarterly/annual results, attending earning Concalls, deep dive into annual reports (forensic deep dive) etc. Generating ideation funnel for new investment ideas under Company's Investment framework. Interacting with industry/sector experts, channel checks, sell side, managements of companies etc. Enable Investment Committee in decision making of investee companies and new investment ideas. Required Candidate profile Any CA, Post Graduate in Finance, CFA with Minimum 7 Years of experience in sectors like Capital Goods, Defence/Power/Utility/Industrials Good financial modelling skills Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word Mandatory Requirement Primary Job Profile : Equity Research Technical Skills : Capital Goods/ Industrials / Defence/Power/Utility Fundamental Analysis .
