They are seeking a Workday Compensation & HCM Support Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the Workday HCM system, focusing on compensation while collaborating with HR leadership.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Workday subject-matter expert for Compensation modulesConfigure and maintain compensation plans, grades, ranges, step plans, allowances, and incentivesSupport and audit compensation-related processes including, but not limited to, merit, promotions, market adjustments, and bonusesTranslate business requirements into Workday solutionsProvide functional support for Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and ReportingServe as a point of contact for routine Workday support requestsAssist employees and managers with Workday navigation and transactionsSupport testing activities for Workday releases, enhancements, and business process updatesDevelop and maintain end-user training materials and documentationTroubleshoot issues and implement timely solutionsEscalate complex system issues and configuration requests to the Workday HCM AdministratorBuild and maintain compensation reports and dashboardsAssist with internal audits, compliance reporting, and data validation activitiesPartner closely with the Workday HCM Administrator and HR LeadershipContribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system implementations as assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR LeadershipSkills3+ years of Human Resources experience3+ years of Workday HCM experience with a strong Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation focusExperience supporting large annual merit and bonus cyclesStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong attention to detailTake initiative to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be self-directed, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through to completionExperience supporting compensation review processesExperience supporting Workday implementations or post-production supportAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBenefitsPreferred Hybrid candidate local in Houston.Company OverviewU.S. Physical Therapy is a publicly held company that operates hundreds of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics in over 41 states.
