Director - Procurement & Strategic Sourcing - IT

We are seeking an experienced Director - Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy, supplier management, governance, and operational transformation. This leadership role will drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, compliance, digital transformation, and supplier value creation while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans. - Drive cost savings, supplier performance, contract negotiations, and procurement governance. - Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and establish robust supplier evaluation and risk management frameworks. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards. - Champion procurement digital transformation through e-procurement, contract lifecycle management (CLM), analytics, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies. - Manage procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and contractual obligations. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement organization while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver innovative procurement solutions and business value. Required Qualifications: - 15+ years of procurement leadership experience within large, complex organizations. - Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, procurement governance, and risk management. .
