Job Overview We're looking for a highly creative Graphic & Video Designer who can create visually compelling designs, edit engaging videos, and leverage AI tools to produce high-quality creative assets efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand social media trends, be comfortable using modern AI tools, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design social media posts, carousels, banners, posters, brochures, standees, presentations, and branding materials. Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Develop branding assets and marketing collateral for online and offline campaigns. Maintain consistency across all brand creatives. Video Editing Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos. Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and background music. Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content. Optimize videos for different social media platforms. AI-Powered Creative Production Create AI-generated images, videos, and creative concepts using modern AI tools. Use AI tools for scripting, ideation, image enhancement, background removal, voiceovers, and creative automation. Generate AI videos and motion content for advertisements and social media campaigns. Write effective prompts to generate high-quality visual content. Continuously explore and implement new AI tools to improve creative efficiency. Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams. Brainstorm creative campaign ideas. Handle multiple client projects simultaneously. Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality. Organize project files and maintain creative assets. Skills Required Design & Editing Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Canva CorelDraw Figma AI Tools Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: ChatGPT Midjourney Kling AI Runway Google Veo ElevenLabs Any other AI creative tools Technical Skills Strong understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and color theory. Motion graphics and animation knowledge. Ability to create AI-generated images and videos. Prompt engineering for image and video generation. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Good file management and organization. Soft Skills Creative thinking and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills. Time management and ability to work under deadlines. Team player with a proactive attitude. Willingness to learn new technologies and AI tools. Qualification Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 13 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
