About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in Power Plant Design to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing complex power plant designs, factory layouts, and industrial general arrangement drawings. Responsibilities Develop, validate, and optimize mechanical designs, piping layouts, and equipment specifications for power plant applications.Analyze engineering parameters and schematics to improve system accuracy, reliability, and plant efficiency.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into broader industrial and plant layouts.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.Stay current with emerging developments in power generation, mechanical systems, and design methodologies. Qualification & Experience M.Tech or equivalent degree in the Mechanical or Design domain.Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in power plant design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and detail-oriented approach.Proficiency in relevant engineering, CAD, and drafting software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred attributes Exposure to industry compliance, safety standards, or regulatory requirements for power plants.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional technical teams.Passion for innovation and problem-solving in complex industrial and mechanical systems.
