The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Golang as the primary technology and Node.js as a secondary skill. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Golang. Develop and support APIs and backend applications using Node.js when required. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed systems. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define technical solutions. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues. Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing. Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to improve system reliability. Required Skills 4+ years of backend development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Golang. Good working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js. Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs. Solid database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of Git and version control practices. Knowledge of secure coding principles and application security. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
