We're Hiring: Rust Backend Developer (2+ Years Experience) We're looking for a passionate Rust Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help build high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems. Experience: 2+ Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full time What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Rust. Build scalable REST APIs and microservices. Develop high-performance, low-latency applications. Integrate with databases, messaging systems, and third-party APIs. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Required Skills 2+ years of professional experience in Rust development. Robust understanding of systems programming and asynchronous programming. Experience with web frameworks such as Axum, Actix Web, or Rocket. Knowledge of MySQL and database optimisation. Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, and API security. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Docker and containerised deployments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the FinTech domain (payments, banking, investments, trading, lending, or financial platforms). Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture. Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
