Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer (IC3) to join our engineering team and build scalable, cloud-native applications that power critical business workflows and AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React, Microservices architecture, and API development, with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered applications. In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle from architecture and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. Job Requirements Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.Build and enhance scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following modern engineering standards.Design and implement secure, well-documented APIs for internal and external consumers.Develop cloud-native, event-driven architectures supporting high-scale applications.Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows using agentic frameworks and orchestration platforms.Build and maintain AI agents, tool integrations, prompt workflows, and MCP/tool-based interactions where applicable.Collaborate with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.Drive quality through unit testing, integration testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers when required.
