Execute the full recruitment lifecycle promptly, encompassing standardized procedures from initial requisition analysis to candidate onboarding completion. Conduct efficient candidate sourcing, resume analysis, and initial telephonic screening based on defined job requirements and candidate suitability metrics. Rigorously track and update all candidate progress immediately in the recruitment ATS to ensure data reliability. Maintain continuous follow-up with selected candidates to aggressively minimize the offer drop ratio. Coordinate with Department Heads (HODs) and management to schedule final interview rounds efficiently, prioritizing fulfilment of urgent staffing needs. Ensure timely adherence to recruitment metrics, particularly tracking the number of candidates joined and early employee attrition rates Support the integration and utilization of recruitment automation systems and external databases to maximize sourcing throughput and candidate identification. Initiate timely background verification processes for selected candidates, preparing required lists and sending necessary correspondence and follow-ups without procedural delay. Experience & Qualifications Education: Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent. Experience: 25 years in recruitment operations.
