IT Recruitment executive

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and coordinate the hiring of qualified IT professionals while working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Meet recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality standards.Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment bestWork Location: In person .
