Job Description SAP MDG Program Manager (Techno-Functional) Role: SAP MDG Program Manager Experience: 712 Years Work Location: Remote (Candidate must be available to travel to Hyderabad during the first week for project onboarding/workshops.) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Program Manager with a strong techno-functional background to lead Master Data Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess 80% functional expertise and 20% technical knowledge, with proven experience in SAP MDG implementations, governance transformation programs, stakeholder management, and SAP S/4HANA environments. The candidate will be responsible for driving global master data governance initiatives, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption of SAP MDG solutions across multiple geographies. Hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation and support projects. Experience managing governance transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Experience working with global implementation teams. Knowledge of SAP MDG workflows, BRF/BRF+, and governance processes. Experience in customer and vendor master data domains. Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects is an added advantage.
