Job Description CRM Engineer Position: CRM Engineer Department: Sales & Marketing Location - Vadodara Reporting To: Head Sales & Business Experience - 2-5 years Education - BSC / Diploma mechanical / Btech Key Responsibilities * Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements. * Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system. * Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders. * Monitor order status and proactively update customers on manufacturing and delivery schedules. * Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and technical support. * Support key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Defence, Railways, Steel, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Experience * 36 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or Project Coordination within the engineering or manufacturing industry. * Experience in hose assemblies, hydraulic products, oil & gas equipment, industrial components, or EPC projects is preferred. Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer documentation. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
