US IT Sales Consultant (Short-Term Contract) Location: Mumbai / Hybrid Work Commitment: 34 Hours per Day (In-Office) Contract Duration: Short-Term / Project-Based Shift: 7PM to 4AM IST About the Role We are looking for an experienced US IT Sales Consultant to support and strengthen our sales team through hands-on coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in enhancing sales effectiveness, conducting call audits, and mentoring the team on US sales processes and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor the US IT Sales team on sales strategies and conversion techniquesConduct sales training sessions, mock calls, and objection-handling workshopsPerform regular call auditing and quality assessments to identify improvement areasProvide structured feedback on communication, pitching, negotiation, and closing skillsGuide the team on lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement strategiesSupport end-to-end sales operations and process improvementHelp improve sales scripts, email outreach, and presentation methodsTrack team performance metrics and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with management to implement sales best practices and productivity improvementsRequired Experience 8+ years of experience in US IT Sales / IT Services SalesStrong understanding of the US market and B2B sales lifecycleProven experience in sales coaching, call auditing, and team trainingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to drive team performance in a fast-paced environmentExperience handling IT Services, Staffing, or Technology Sales is preferredEngagement Type Short-term consulting assignmentFlexible work structure with 34 hours of office presence dailyImmediate joiners preferredIdeal Candidate A seasoned US IT Sales professional who can quickly identify sales gaps, improve call quality, train the team on best practices, and help drive better sales performance within a short engagement period.
