Collections Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader / Supervisor Department: Collections & Recovery Location: As Assigned Reporting To: Collection Manager / Area Collection Head Job Summary The Team Leader / Supervisor Loan Collection is responsible for managing and guiding a team of collection executives to achieve collection and recovery targets. The role involves monitoring field and tele-collection activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, improving team productivity, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while minimizing delinquency levels. Key Responsibilities. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of collection executives. Allocate collection portfolios and monitor daily activities. Ensure team members follow company policies and collection guidelines. Plan and monitor field visits for collection executives. Ensure required customer visits are completed. Verify field movement and collection activities. Optimize route planning and allocation for effective manpower utilization. Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets. Ensure timely follow up on delinquent accounts. Track bucket wise collection performance and FOS performance reports. Required Qualifications/Skills Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Minimum 6 Months of experience in loan collection, recovery, or financial services. Prior team handling experience preferred. Knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies. Proficiency in MS Excel and collection management systems. Willingness to travel extensively for field operations. Compensation & Benefits Best in industry Payment structure.
