Role Description The Oracle PaaS Developer (OIC & VBCS) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and applications on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The role includes building secure, scalable integration flows between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EBS, and other systems, as well as creating responsive web applications and user interfaces using VBCS. The developer will collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, perform technical design, configure data models, and implement best practices for performance and reliability. Daily activities involve managing integration lifecycles, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, preparing technical documentation, and supporting deployment and release activities. The role also requires staying current with Oracle Cloud PaaS capabilities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across client environments. Qualifications Strong skills in Data Modeling and working with Databases to design, structure, and optimize data for Oracle Cloud applications and integrations. Experience with Oracle Reports and related reporting tools to develop, customize, and maintain analytical and operational reports. Hands-on expertise with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to move, cleanse, and transform data between Oracle and non-Oracle systems. Solid Software Development skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as Java, JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. Practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), including design, configuration, and deployment of integrations and applications. Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or EBS modules and business processes to support end-to-end integration scenarios. Ability to analyze technical requirements, produce clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant Oracle certifications in PaaS, Integration, or Cloud technologies are an advantage. .
