Medical Coder U.S. Physician Coding Location: Hyderabad Experience: 24 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleJusme Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Certified Medical Coder to support U.S. physician practices with accurate, compliant coding and documentation review across multiple specialties. Mandatory RequirementsAAPC CPC Certification (Mandatory) 24 years of U.S. physician coding experience. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, modifiers, NCCI edits, and CMS/commercial payer guidelines. Experience coding Sports Medicine and/or Orthopedics physician encounters. Experience reviewing provider documentation, assigning accurate codes, and supporting coding-related denial resolution. Good understanding of E/M coding guidelines. Experience working on physician/practice coding (not only facility coding). Good to HaveExperience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) coding. Exposure to Behavioral Health/Psychiatry coding. Experience with AdvancedMD, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar EMR/PM systems. Knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer coding policies. Key ResponsibilitiesReview physician documentation and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, and modifier codes. Ensure coding compliance with CMS and payer-specific guidelines. Identify documentation gaps and raise provider queries where required. Support coding-related denial analysis and resolution. Meet defined quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. .
