Role & responsibilities Review patient medical records and assign accurate Evaluation & Management (E&M) codes based on physician documentation. Ensure coding follows ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Verify documentation for completeness and identify any coding errors or missing information. Work closely with the medical billing team to support accurate claim submission and timely reimbursement. Maintain coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of E&M coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Experience in the medical billing/healthcare industry.
