We are building on and expanding our reputation as the industry powerhouse for innovation in both wireless technologies and enabling advanced multimedia capabilities. We are seeking an experienced hands-on system engineer for the display systems team. This team is responsible for architecting advanced mobile display signal processing hardware and software for our chipsets. The successful candidate will be part of the systems architecture and algorithms design team for the display processor. He / She will also work closely with the hardware design team to optimize and verify the functionality and performance of the processor. 1.Design and development of image processing algorithms 2.Design and development of algorithms for optimizing the power, performance and area 3.Designing Machine Learning flows including new models, data preparation etc. for specific problems 4.Root cause analysis of display specific issues 5.Competitive analysis for display technologies 6.Delivering C/C++ models for the Hardware Simulation and Validation 7.Delivering software patches and libraries for the display drivers 8.Filing patents for novel techniques 2.Strong background in signal processing / image processing / computer vision 3.Robust programming skills and experience in C / C++, Python and MATLAB 4.Hands-on experience in AI/ML, involving Deep Learning frameworks for computer vision 5.Solid understanding of embedded computer architecture - image / video processing hardware. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. Required : Bachelors (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering and related). Preference: Masters (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering and related). .
