Quality & Compliance Analyst

Job Description: Take over inbound security and quality questionnaires, learn the answer library and response tooling, and return routine questionnaires independently Maintain the master audit and compliance activities schedule and provide lead time on upcoming activities Own day-to-day QMS operations, new-hire team and training assignments, training content, and records for change orders, suppliers, and computer systems Maintain accurate compliance data and ensure GRC program status is visible in Jira and Confluence Review control statements across SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMC Identify drift between control claims and supporting evidence before audits Keep SOPs and policies current and readable Improve questionnaire turnaround using reusable answer-library content Collaborate across Security, Engineering, Legal, People, and SalesRequirements: 25 years in GRC, compliance operations, quality assurance, or audit support, performing hands-on work Direct experience responding to security or quality questionnaires at volume Experience owning shared questionnaire tooling and answer libraries Hands-on involvement in at least one audit or certification cycle end to end, including evidence collection and findings follow-up Experience administering or power-using a compliance system of record such as an eQMS or GRC platform, with accountability for data accuracy Strong technical writing and editing skills Fluency in Jira and Confluence Real fluency with agentic AI tooling and frameworks, including building custom skills, agents, or prompt-driven workflows Ability to identify when model output requires human verification Meticulous attention to detail and calendar discipline Sound judgment about when to answer, involve a subject-matter expert, or escalate Collaborative approach across Security, Engineering, Legal, People, and Sales Nice to have: regulated life-sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical experience; GxP; 21 CFR Part 11; computer system validation; or supplier qualificationBenefits: Growth mindset and opportunities for success Environment of teaching and learning Tools needed to be successful in the function and company Diverse and inclusive work environment Remote work arrangement .
