Senior QA Analyst (Quality Assurance) (India)

No. of Positions : 02 Total Relevant Experience : 3 to 5 Years Education : BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / I.T.), MCA, M.Sc. or any equivalent degree We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior QA Analyst with 35 years of experience to lead quality assurance efforts across web and mobile platforms. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will take ownership of test strategy, mentor junior team members, and drive quality processes across the SDLC. Job Description - Analyse complex business and functional requirements, identifying edge cases and gaps early in the SDLC - Design and own comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS) - Lead execution of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UAT testing across releases - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, driving root-cause discussions with development teams - Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams throughout the SDLC, providing QA sign-off on releases - Work independently in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives - Mentor and guide junior QA analysts on test design, execution, and best practices - Own test documentation, quality metrics, and reporting for stakeholders - Perform advanced API testing using Postman, including test collections, environment variables, and automated collection runs - Drive the implementation of new QA processes and tools, and contribute to building automation frameworks - Evaluate and recommend test coverage improvements and process optimizations Required Skills - 35 years of strong hands-on experience in Web & Mobile application (Android & iOS) manual testing - Proven experience owning test strategy and requirement analysis independently - Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices in a quick-paced product environment - Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) - Proficient in API testing using Postman, including advanced scripting/assertions - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting QA status to stakeholders - Demonstrated experience writing clear, detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex features - Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with Playwright or Appium for automation testing - Experience building or contributing to automation frameworks from scratch - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build pipelines - Basic scripting knowledge for test automation .
