Role Overview arenaflex is seeking a detailoriented, organized, and motivated PartTime Evening Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who value flexibility and wish to contribute to highimpact projects during evening hours. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be the guardian of our data integrity, ensuring that information is captured accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. Your work will directly support critical business functions, enabling our analysts, managers, and clients to make informed decisions based on trustworthy data. Key Responsibilities Accurately input data from a variety of source documentsincluding PDFs, scanned images, handwritten forms, and electronic filesinto arenaflexs proprietary database systems. Conduct thorough verification of entered data, crosschecking against original documents to identify and correct discrepancies. Perform routine data quality audits, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields and initiating corrective actions. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring that records are easily retrievable and comply with internal retention policies. Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols, including encryption standards, access controls, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and crossfunctional partners to meet departmental targets and support larger project timelines. Provide timely status updates and documentation of any issues encountered, contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Assist in the onboarding of new data sources by learning and applying emerging data entry tools and software. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or office administration are a plus. Minimum of 12 years proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative role, with a track record of high accuracy. Exceptional typing speed (60 WPM) with a focus on precision and minimal error rates. Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and quality while handling repetitive tasks over extended periods. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency with common data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with database platforms such as SQL or proprietary arenaflex tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with teammates and supervisors. Ability to work independently during evening shifts while staying aligned with the broader teams objectives. Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills Associates or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Experience with data validation techniques, including the use of formulas, macros, or scripting to automate quality checks. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive information. Exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating selfdiscipline and effective time management. Knowledge of basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to assist in reporting data quality trends.
