Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates who align with our mission.Payroll & Compliance: Efficiently manage monthly attendance tracking, salary processing, and ensure all statutory compliances are met seamlessly.Employee Experience: Drive seamless onboarding for new hires and act as a trusted point of contact for resolving internal grievances and fostering positive employee relations.
