Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting clients throughout their healthcare journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns, improve engagement, ensure seamless onboarding, and contribute to customer retention. This role is ideal for candidates with 02 years of experience in customer success, customer support, client servicing, healthcare operations, or related fields who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer concerns. Guide customers through platform features, consultations, and wellness program navigation. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer engagement and program adherence. Identify customers at risk of disengagement and support retention initiatives. Coordinate with clinical, operations, and product teams to address customer needs effectively. Schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-ups. Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and case updates using CRM systems. Monitor customer success metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and engagement. Contribute to continuous process improvements by sharing customer feedback and insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 02 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, Healthcare Operations, or a related field. Experience in a healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or health-tech setting is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Empathy, patience, and active listening abilities. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and communication tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
