The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and experience in telecalling or inside sales. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers and generate sales. Convert leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Explain company products and services clearly. Handle customer queries and maintain strong relationships. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Update customer records and call reports. Requirements 13 years of Telecalling/Inside Sales experience. Excellent Telugu communication skills (English/Hindi is an advantage). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Immediate joiners are preferred.
