Operations Executive Inbound & Outbound (Delhi) Wander Globe is a boutique experiential travel company specializing in bespoke inbound and outbound holidays for discerning travellers from around the world. We are looking for a proactive, digitally savvy Operations Executive who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Experience - 36 years of FIT operations experience - Experience handling both inbound and outbound travel files - Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations - Familiarity with luxury and boutique hotels is an advantage Skills & Expertise - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong communication and client servicing skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and online collaboration tools - Digitally proficient and comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity - Knowledge of visa documentation and international travel formalities - Ability to negotiate and coordinate independently with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other suppliers - Experience preparing quotations, costings and detailed itineraries - Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who demonstrates: - Ownership and accountability - Speed and efficiency - Curiosity and a willingness to learn - Meticulous attention to detail - Strong client empathy and service orientation - Initiative and problem-solving ability - Reliability and professionalism - A positive, team-oriented attitude What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate will: - Manage client files independently from enquiry to completion - Deliver accurate quotations and itineraries within agreed timelines - Build strong supplier relationships - Use technology and AI to improve efficiency and quality - Consistently exceed client expectations through exceptional service If you are passionate about creating memorable travel experiences and want to grow with a dynamic boutique travel company, wed love to hear from you.
