Role and Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a Claim Associate to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their insurance claims and guiding them through the claim filing process. Your main responsibilities will include: Communicating with clients to understand their insurance claims and explaining the processFollowing up for and verifying insurance claim documentsAssisting customers with the claim filing process and keeping the claim status updatedFollowing up with third-party administrators (TPA) and insurers for smooth and timely claim settlementTracking claims on the insurer's portal Candidate Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Tulu Required Skills:The ideal candidate should have the following skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in handling claim documentsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively .
