About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant SAP AI & Generative AI Engineering to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms and intelligent solutions using Generative AI, SAP AI technologies, SAP BTP, Python, and Java. The role involves building enterprise AI copilots, AI agents, RAG-based platforms, intelligent automation frameworks, and scalable cloud-native backend systems integrated with SAP and enterprise ecosystems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in modern AI frameworks, SAP AI capabilities, cloud technologies, enterprise solution architecture, and AI platform engineering. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI/LLM-powered enterprise applications, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven business solutions. - Build enterprise AI copilots, AI agents, conversational AI systems, and intelligent automation platforms integrated with SAP and enterprise applications. - Develop scalable backend services and AI middleware using Python and Java. - Implement advanced RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector databases, memory architectures, and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems. - Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, and related AI orchestration frameworks. - Design and develop multi-agent AI architectures and enterprise AI orchestration workflows. - Integrate AI solutions with SAP Joule, SAP AI Core & AI Launchpad, SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, SAP Integration Suite, SAP CAP Framework, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Event Mesh. - Develop secure API integrations, enterprise AI workflows, and cloud-native AI services. - Implement AI observability, monitoring, tracing, evaluation, and optimization frameworks for production AI systems. - Ensure enterprise-grade AI governance, security, compliance, RBAC, responsible AI practices, and auditability standards. - Optimize AI solutions for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency. - Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, enterprise copilots, and product engineering components. - Collaborate with consulting, engineering, architecture, and customer teams for enterprise solution delivery. - Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, presales discussions, and innovation initiatives. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership and AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in Python and Java development. - Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration patterns. - Strong experience developing enterprise AI copilots, AI agents, and agentic AI systems. - Hands-on .
