Job Description : Senior AI Engineer/Agentic AI Developer Location : Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience : 5 to 10 Years Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing intelligent agents, integrating AI with enterprise systems, and implementing secure, scalable AI-driven business processes. Key Responsibilities : - Develop AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, GPT, or similar LLM platforms. - Design agentic workflows including intent classification, tool orchestration, and multi-step task execution. - Build and optimize prompts, context management, and response frameworks. - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, and business systems through APIs. - Leverage Microsoft Graph API for contextual enrichment using emails, calendars, and contacts. - Implement secure AI actions with role-based access control (RBAC) and governance controls. - Develop human-in-the-loop approval workflows for AI-driven actions. - Build MCP/tool-calling architectures and backend integrations for write-back actions. - Handle response validation, fallback mechanisms, error handling, and entity resolution scenarios.
