Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to expand our business by promoting industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions to commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, technical sales, site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in selling RO, ETP, STP, ZLD, UF systems, water treatment chemicals, or related industrial solutions will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits. Promote and sell industrial water treatment solutions, including: Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems Water Treatment Chemicals Spares and related products Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate with customers. Follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Coordinate payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections. Travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Required Skills: 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry. Strong technical understanding of industrial water treatment systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Good knowledge of preparing quotations and handling commercial discussions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
