Imaging Solutions provider Role and Responsibility:- Sr. Accounts Executive. Location- Andheri east, Chakala, Mumbai Role and Responsibility: - You shall be employed as an Sr. Accounts Executive. Strong knowledge GST, TDS and software Tally we require Generate Quotation, making Purchase Orders in Excel as well as a tally. Generate Proforma Invoices in Excel. Generate Sales & Purchase Invoices in Tally. Receipt & Payment Entries in Tally. Generate an E-way bill. Reply to Emails (Outlook, Gmail) etc. Handled Company Accounts. Prepare debit & credit notes in tally. Maintain petty cash book, Transaction entries & Bank Reconciliation. Prepare Monthly TDS working, GSTR1 & GSTR 2B. Knowledge of GST refunds. Auditing all financial accounts monthly basis. Handle all bank-related local work. Prepare after-export banking documents. Program & Software: Basic excel, Tally ERP, Busy, word, email, internet, etc. Communication: English/ Hindi/ Marathi or Regional Language.
