Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers. Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards. Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required. Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
