New Car Quality Development (NCQD): Responsible for ensuring quality throughout new vehicle development by leading APQP, FMEA, PPAP, supplier quality, testing, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem solving to achieve defect-free product launches and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement quality plans for new vehicle projects. Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality requirements are incorporated. Conduct risk assessments using tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Coordinate quality activities during prototype, pilot, and mass production phases. Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis techniques (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D). Monitor and improve vehicle quality through inspections, testing, and validation.
