Assembly supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Assembly Supervisor to supervise the assembly line of bathroom fittings and ensure smooth production operations. The candidate will manage assembly workers, achieve daily production targets, maintain product quality, and ensure workplace safety and discipline. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily assembly line operations. Allocate work to assembly operators and helpers. Ensure daily production targets are achieved. Monitor product quality and minimize rejection and rework. Check proper assembly of bathroom fittings and accessories. Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments. Maintain production records and daily reports. Train and guide assembly workers on standard operating procedures. Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and testing equipment. Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the production team. Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines and wear PPE. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor. Qualification Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field. Candidates with relevant production experience may also apply. Experience 1- 2 years of experience in production or assembly supervision. Experience in bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, brass fittings, plumbing products, or hardware manufacturing will be preferred.
