Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to compile data for and assist in financial reporting requirements for the State. Job duties for this position include Prepare capital asset information to be included in the States Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Serve as a statewide functional expert in the areas of capital asset reporting and accounts receivable management. Reconcile capital assets reported in the states General reputed company to the Asset Management module to ensure capital assets are recorded completely and accurately. Reconcile deposit activity reported in the General reputed company to the Accounts Receivable module; analyze and research discrepancies, and recommended corrections or process improvements to ensure accuracy Collaborate to reputed company and maintain statewide training on capital asset reporting and accounts receivable. Review, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and reputed company documentation to improve efficiency.
