AR Cash Application Specialist | O2C | Accounts ReceivableJob Location: Mysore Experience: 2 to 5 Years Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA (Commerce Background) Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced AR Cash Application Specialists with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, resolving unapplied cash, and ensuring accurate and timely allocation of receipts while maintaining SLA compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and apply customer payments against invoices using SAP or any ERP system.Handle payment applications received through NEFT, RTGS, Wire Transfers, Cheques, and other payment modes.Investigate and resolve unapplied, unidentified, and unmatched cash receipts.Perform customer account reconciliations and Accounts Receivable balancing.Coordinate with Billing, Collections, Treasury, and customers for remittance details.Ensure timely payment allocation while meeting SLA and productivity targets.Prepare daily cash application reports, reconciliation reports, and aging analysis.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.Maintain high accuracy in cash posting and payment allocation activities.Required Skills25 years of experience in O2C Cash Applications.Hands-on experience with SAP or any ERP system.Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payment Allocation.Experience in Customer Account Reconciliation.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).Ability to work under deadlines and SLA-driven environments.Preferred SkillsExperience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS).Exposure to Collections and Billing processes.Knowledge of banking transactions and remittance processing.Experience with high-volume payment processing.hidden_email 7090400640 99hidden_mobile0 www.WhiteHorsemanpower.in White Horse Manpower Consultancy Private limited .
