Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune City. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales follow-up. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their home construction requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and preparing proposals and estimates. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure seamless handover, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will contribute to local market strategies, participate in promotional activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. Qualifications - Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling. Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.Experience in residential construction, real estate, or related industries is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; local language skills are an advantage. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet sales targets.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby regions for client meetings and site visits as required. .
