Role Purpose You will be responsible for driving the sales of Digital equipment (IOS, Printers etc.), Resins, Software solutions (coDiagnostiX, SmileCloud), planning and guided surgery solutions within the assigned territory by generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, converting prospects into customers, and building long-term relationships with dental clinics, labs, and institutional customers. The role focuses on volume growth, market penetration, and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities among dental clinics, labs, and dental institutionsConduct in-clinic and virtual product demonstrations and trialsManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and installation coordinationAchieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectivesMaintain a strong demo-to-conversion ratio through follow-ups and objection handlingCoordinate with distributors, service teams, and application specialists for smooth customer onboardingCollect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging trendsMaintain accurate records of leads, demos, and sales activities in CRM systemsParticipate in conferences, trade shows, roadshows, and marketing activitiesSupport post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Units sold per month / quarterNumber of demos conductedDemo-to-order conversion rateTerritory coverage and new account acquisitionAccuracy and timeliness of CRM reporting Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in science, Dentistry, CDT, Engineering, or Business. Preference will be given to dentists and dental technicians looking to build a career in sales.2+ years of sales experience in dental equipment, medical devices, or capital equipmentPrior experience with digital dentistry, scanners, CAD/CAM, or implants is a strong advantageProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsWillingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain technical products in a simple, practical mannerHigh energy, self-driven, and result-orientedBasic understanding of digital workflows in dentistryComfortable working with CRM tools and sales reports .
