About LegalCare LegalCare is building an AI-native Legal Execution Platform that combines Agentic AI with expert validation to automate legal, compliance, litigation, contracts, and intellectual property workflows for enterprises. Role Overview We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Growth Associate to help expand our enterprise business. You will work closely with the founders to identify, engage, and build relationships with enterprise customers across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and building revenue from the ground up. Roles & Responsibilities Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership teams.Execute outbound sales through email, LinkedIn, calls, networking, and referrals.Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective customers.Build relationships with CHROs, General Counsels, Legal Heads, and decision-makers.Identify and develop strategic partnerships with HR consultancies, law firms, HRMS platforms, insurance brokers, and startup ecosystems.Represent LegalCare at conferences, networking events, webinars, and industry forums.Work closely with the founders on enterprise sales strategy and GTM initiatives.Maintain CRM and sales pipeline while ensuring timely follow-ups.Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and business growth.Preferred Experience 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B SaaS, Business Development, or Partnerships.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers.Prior experience in HRTech, SaaS, LegalTech, FinTech, or startup ecosystems is a plus.Self-driven, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Join Us Build one of India's most ambitious AI-native enterprise platforms.Work directly with experienced founders and influence the GTM strategy.Take ownership from day one with significant learning and growth opportunities.Opportunity to shape enterprise sales and partnerships as the company scales globally.Compensation: 240,000.00 - 480,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
