We are looking for Sales Consultants with 26 months of experience in the same or closely related industry, particularly candidates who have worked in student accommodation, overseas education, study abroad, international student services, education consulting, or related sectors. If you already understand the international student journey and enjoy helping students find the right accommodation while working in a target-driven sales environment, this could be the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and other outreach channels.Connect with international students and understand their accommodation requirements, preferences, and budgets.Recommend suitable student accommodation options based on individual customer needs.Guide customers through the booking journey and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and availability.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into successful bookings.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking, onboarding, and customer support experience.Stay updated on student accommodation markets, university locations, competitor activities, and industry trends.Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns while maintaining a strong focus on conversion and customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications 26 months of experience in the student accommodation or a closely related industry is preferred.Candidates with experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Education Consulting, International Student Services, Student Accommodation, or related sectors are encouraged to apply.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Strong sales orientation with the ability to follow up, negotiate, and close opportunities.Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and customer-focused environment.Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
