Using personalized guidance, digital tools, and awareness-driven content, i-Need Fin-Essential Services enables clients to build sustainable wealth without unnecessary complexity. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Burhanpur, responsible for driving client acquisition and retention for the practices financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, explaining mutual funds and investment solutions, and supporting clients in setting up and managing SIPs and other investment plans. The role involves conducting needs-based discussions, delivering product presentations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to meet sales targets, support financial literacy initiatives, participate in training sessions, and contribute to awareness-driven campaigns and local outreach. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly, build trust with clients, and collaborate effectively with team members.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the investment journey.Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, present suitable investment solutions, convert leads into clients, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support client education sessions, assist in organizing workshops, and help track performance against sales goals.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field are beneficial.Knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, and basic financial planning concepts is highly desirable, with willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory guidelines.Strong analytical, follow-up, and time-management abilities, along with integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices, are expected. .
