Job Overview We are looking for an empathetic, results-driven, and client-centric Sales Executive to drive growth within our Real Estate & Senior Living Unit Amaya a premium active senior living community by Vera Vita Living LLP, thoughtfully designed for a generation redefining what it means to grow older. By bringing together hospitality, healthcare, wellness, community and thoughtfully designed residences, Amaya creates an environment where residents enjoy independence, purpose and complete peace of mind. Role Summary : The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective residents and their families, managing the end-to-end sales journey, and delivering a consultative, relationship-led buying experience. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial acumen and a genuine passion for customer experience. Key Responsibilities : Manage enquiries generated through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins and channel partners. Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective residents and their families. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable residence and lifestyle offering. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups and CRM management. Achieve monthly sales, revenue and conversion targets. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate bookings, documentation and customer onboarding. Develop relationships with referral partners including healthcare providers, community organisations and local networks. Maintain a thorough understanding of the project, competition and senior living industry. Required Qualification & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline. 36 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, luxury retail or consultative sales. Experience in senior living or residential real estate will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities Customer-first mindset with high emotional intelligence Professional presentation and consultative selling skills CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented Compensation: Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated capabilities.
