Strong understanding of retail operations, sales reporting, and customer engagement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen sense of style. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and customer data. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems. Bachelors degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or Business Administration preferred. Ideal Candidate: Youre equal parts stylist and strategist, someone who can engage customers with confidence while keeping a close eye on numbers, stock flow, and store performance. You love fashion but also understand what drives business success at the ground level.
