Role Description The Senior Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the companys digital content and influencer marketing solutions across South India. The individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with content and production teams to design campaigns that meet client objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing proposals and pitches, negotiating contracts, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on sales and marketing outcomes. The Senior Sales Marketing Executive will also represent the company at industry events, maintain a strong understanding of regional entertainment trends, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing, including developing and executing integrated sales and promotional campaigns.Strong Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze audience behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth in media or related industries.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and build lasting client and partner relationships.Prior experience in digital media, influencer marketing, or entertainment marketing within regional markets is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic analytics platforms; familiarity with social media and digital advertising metrics is an advantage. .
