Creating Passion: Your ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional with 5-7 years of experience in Capital Goods Sales involving high-value industrial products/components. The ideal candidate should have exposure to industries such as Material Handling, Coal Handling, Steel, Power, Ports, Mining, Infrastructure, Wind, or Defence and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution and payment realization. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities through effective customer engagement.Manage the complete sales process including technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, order closure, execution coordination, and receivables.Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and end users.Understand customer applications and provide suitable technical solutions.Review and handle contracts, commercial terms, and tender requirements.Coordinate with internal and overseas teams to ensure seamless order execution.Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management.Maintain CRM data and sales reports.Willingness to travel extensively across India, with travel constituting approximately 40-50% of working time.Contributing Your Strengths: Your QualificationsQualification and Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical EngineeringMBA will be an added advantageExperience: 5-7 years of experience in Capital Goods or Industrial Sales.Experience in products such as bearings, gearboxes, material handling equipment, power transmission products, or similar engineering solutions.Exposure to heavy industries such as Steel, Power, Ports, Mining, and Infrastructure.Preferred Skills / Special Skills: Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and product applications.Strong techno-commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Knowledge of contracts, commercial terms, INCOTERMS, and logistics.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and adapt across diverse business environments.Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.Have we awoken your interest Then we look forward to receiving your online application.
