Founding GTM Associate - ClairVoxAI Remote (India) | Full-time | 30,000/month fixed + performance-based commission | 3 months | extension possible based on performance ClairVoxAI builds AI voice agents that automate patient communication for hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across India. Our multilingual AI agents answer patient calls 24/7, schedule appointments, handle FAQs, manage follow-ups, and reduce front-desk workload. We have already processed 10,000+ minutes of autonomous patient conversations across 4 healthcare facilities. The role As one of our first GTM hires, you will work directly with the founders to drive adoption of AI-powered front-office automation across healthcare providers. You will own the customer journey end-to-end: identifying opportunities, engaging healthcare decision-makers, running product demos, understanding operational workflows, configuring AI agents, and taking customers live. This role combines sales, solutions consulting, and customer success. You will help build our GTM playbook from the ground up and work closely with founders across sales, product, and customer operations. Expect up to 50% travel for customer demos, onboarding, and deployments. You'll do Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups across India Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare providers through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships Run product demos (virtual and on-site) for healthcare owners, administrators, operations teams, and front-office managers Understand customer workflows and configure AI agents based on their requirements Build customer knowledge bases including doctor schedules, FAQs, appointment rules, escalation paths, and operational workflows Work with founders on customer go-lives: requirement gathering, test calls, integrations, quality checks, and deployment checklists Manage customer relationships from initial conversation through successful deployment Capture customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the platform You have:1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, solutions consulting, customer onboarding, business development, or healthcare technology sales Experience selling software solutions to businesses with multiple stakeholders involved Ability to run product demos and translate customer problems into solution conversations Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI products to non-technical users Experience gathering customer requirements and managing onboarding or implementation activities Comfort with outbound sales, customer conversations, and building relationships from scratch Fluency in English and Hindi; regional Indian languages are a strong plus Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer demos and deployments Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in an early-stage startup environment Preferred qualifications: Experience with SaaS products, workflow automation, AI products, or digital transformation solutions Experience working with founders or early-stage startups Compensation: Fixed: 30,000/month Performance-based commission on closed and successfully deployed customers Commission payout after customers complete one full month of paid usage Apply: You can apply on this platform and/or email your resume to people@clairvoxai.com with the subject "GTM Candidate - ClairvoxAI" and share a short paragraph describing the most complex product, solution, or customer problem you have sold, implemented, or helped deliver. .
