Role Description The Delivery Officer role at PrakritiSavy is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gandhinagar, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Delivery Officer will oversee end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and fulfilled according to company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, monitoring inventory and procurement needs, and optimizing delivery routes and schedules. The Delivery Officer will handle customer queries related to deliveries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves tracking delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous enhancement of supply chain processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor delivery performance, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and maintain positive relationships.Candidates should possess Procurement and Supply Chain Management skills to support vendor coordination, inventory oversight, and efficient logistics.Relevant experience in delivery operations, logistics, or supply chain roles is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and familiarity with delivery or inventory management systems is an advantage.A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. .
